Ingredients

2 cups fully-cooked ham, cut into thin strips

1 10-ounce packet frozen chopped spinach

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 clove garlic, chopped

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1 cup milk

2 eggs, beaten

1/8 tsp ground oregano

Turn mixture into a 1-1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese atop. Bake in a 350 degree F. oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
