Add these dishes to make a full meal:
Brown Basmati Rice with Jonagold Apples and Walnuts
Total Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
4 beef tenderloin steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 1 pound)
1/2 cup orange marmalade
4 tsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp coarse grind black pepper
Combine marmalade, vinegar and ginger in small bowl. Press pepper onto beef steaks.
Place steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 2 to 3 inches from heat. Brush tops of steaks with marmalade mixture. Broil 13 to 16 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once and brushing with remaining marmalade mixture
