Total Time: 30 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 clove garlic, chopped

1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Mexican-style diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce

3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

3/4 cup water

2 tsp Spicy Seasoning Mix (see directions)

Combine 3 tablespoons chilli powder, 2 teaspoons ground cumin, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano and 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper. Store in an airtight container. Shake before using. Makes 1/4 cup.
